We love our new Paradise 10k lbs boat lift and double PWC lift with walkway.  Everything is robustly built with strong metal right here in our home town of Vernon BC.  Installation was a breeze and Tyler with Paradise worked with me to have all lifts installed exactly how I wanted them.  All the lifts work fast and come with waterproof remotes. We recently installed our new roll-in aluminum dock provided by Paradise Dock & Lift. After considerable research of several manufacturers, based on build quality/design, available options/accessories, and price point, the decision was clear for us. The Paradise Sales team provided timely and detailed responses to all of our questions, as well as suggesting alternatives we had not considered. On the pick-up day, the Operations team took the time to explain the set-up and installation process, to ensure we had a clear understanding of the procedure. As a result the assembly and install went off without a hitch. Materials and hardware are high quality and all pieces fit together as described. The dock is exactly what we were seeking. I just posted about the excellent service Dave at Paradise provided us during the construction and installation of our dock and lift. I need to add to that. Today I picked up my boat and had an accident placing it on my lift.I contacted Dave to describe what I had done. He had me bring the damaged arm. We hadn’t even moved into our new house when the flood of 2017 took out our dock and lift. We contacted Dave with Paradise and he arranged both the rebuild of a new dock and the installation of a new lift. This is our 4th summer with both and we couldn’t be happier. Dave was attentive to details and went out of his way to meet our needs. Even after all was complete he has answered immediately whenever I have messaged him about anything to do with the lift and has made special trips to our place if we needed his help with anything.
